03 Responsible Gaming Tools

Deposit Limits

Loss Limits

Wagering Limits

Important Note on Limit Increases: tatabat applies a mandatory 7-day waiting period before any upward adjustment to a player-set limit takes effect. Downward adjustments and account suspensions always take effect immediately.
04 Self-Exclusion & Account Closure
Self-exclusion is a voluntary commitment you make with tatabat to stop gambling for a defined period. It is one of the most powerful tools available to players who feel their gambling is getting out of hand, and tatabat takes all self-exclusion requests with the utmost seriousness and urgency.
When you self-exclude, tatabat will immediately suspend your account, block all deposit channels (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay), remove you from all promotional mailing lists, and prevent new account registrations using the same identity details. Any pending withdrawals of your remaining balance will be processed and paid out before the account is locked.

Account Suspended Within 24 Hours
Your self-exclusion will be actioned within 24 hours of your verified request. You will receive a confirmation email once the exclusion is in place. Your account will be inaccessible for the entire duration of the exclusion period.

Post-Exclusion Re-Activation (If Applicable)
At the end of a time-limited self-exclusion (not a permanent exclusion), re-activation requires a 24-hour cool-down request plus a welfare check call or email exchange with our responsible gaming team. Re-activation is never automatic.
⚠️ Permanent Self-Exclusion is Irreversible: A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances. Once a permanent exclusion is applied to your account, tatabat will not reinstate access, even if you contact us at a later date.
