01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the individual user (hereinafter "Player", "User", "You", or "Your"), and tatabat (hereinafter "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the tatabat website, mobile interface, betting services, casino products, promotional offers, and any other features or services made available through the tatabat platform.

By accessing the tatabat website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on any product offered through tatabat, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by its terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of t he tatabat platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through tatabat, including but not limited to: sports betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), live casino tables powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, slots and instant games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, and Microgaming, and any future products added to the platform.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and tatabat. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to tatabat is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are 18 years of age or older. tatabat operates a strict 18+ policy without exception. Players must be adults aged 18 and above to create an account, make a deposit, or place any wager on the platform.
• You are accessing tatabat voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not acting as an agent, broker, or representative for any other person in connection with any activity on tatabat.
• You have not previously been excluded from tatabat, nor have you requested self-exclusion through any responsible gaming mechanism offered by the platform.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are not subject to any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• You are aware that online gambling involves financial risk and that past results are not indicative of future outcomes.

tatabat reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine compliance review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Accepted documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or any other recognised national authority.

03 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of tatabat services, including placing bets, participating in promotions, and processing withdrawals, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. tatabat will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from inaccurate or misleading information provided at registration.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on tatabat. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, the voiding of any pending bets or bonuses, and the forfeiture of any bonus-derived winnings. In cases of confirmed multi-accounting, tatabat may also withhold deposit balances pending a full investigation.

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. tatabat will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login details.
• KYC Documents: You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method (screenshot of bKash or Nagad mobile number linked to your account) to complete full verification.
• Account Currency: All tatabat accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform when displaying monetary amounts. Currency conversion is not available — all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are processed in BDT.
• Contact Information: You must maintain a valid email address and mobile phone number on your account at all times. These are used for account verification, security alerts, and communication regarding withdrawals and promotions.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

tatabat supports a comprehensive range of payment methods specifically selected to serve the Bangladesh market. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT. The following payment methods are accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the tatabat account balance within two minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the issuing bank. tatabat does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which tatabat accepts no liability.

Withdrawals: Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the verified available balance in the player's BDT wallet.
• Any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be fully completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• tatabat reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a defined threshold.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 2–5 business days.
• tatabat reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal where fraud, abuse of promotional terms, or suspicious account activity is suspected.

05 Bonus & Promotions Policy

tatabat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bundles, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as the BPL and T20 World Cup. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, as communicated at the time of the promotion, and to the general bonus principles set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active on an account at any one time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses without express permission constitutes abuse and may result in all bonuses being voided.
• Bonus Abuse: tatabat employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements, and exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine play. Detected abuse results in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry periods as stated in each promotion. Unused bonus funds or spins that expire will be removed from the account balance without compensation.
• BDT Promotions: All bonus amounts on tatabat are denominated in BDT (৳). Bonus values stated in tatabat promotional materials refer to BDT amounts and are not subject to currency conversion.

06 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on tatabat are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. General betting rules that apply across all products on the tatabat platform are set out below:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed and valid once tatabat has issued a confirmation with a unique bet reference number. A bet that has not received this confirmation — for example, due to a connection interruption before the confirmation was received — is not a valid bet, and no payout will be made in respect of it.
• Palpable Errors: In the event that a price, line, or odd is published due to a manifest error (including human error, technical fault, or data feed failure), tatabat reserves the right to void any bets placed at that erroneous price, regardless of the outcome of the event. tatabat will notify affected players as promptly as possible.
• Live Betting: Live in-play bets are subject to a short delay for confirmation and integrity checks. tatabat does not guarantee that live prices will remain available for any given duration. Markets may be suspended at any time during a live event without notice.
• Casino Game Results: All casino and slot game outcomes on tatabat are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). Game results are final once the round or spin is completed. Claims of system error or connection issues that occur after a game round has concluded will not be considered grounds for a refund.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each product on tatabat has specific minimum and maximum stake limits, expressed in BDT. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by tatabat at any time.
• Disconnection Policy: If a player's connection is interrupted during a casino game round that is already in progress, the game will continue to its conclusion according to its programmed logic. The result, whether a win or a loss, stands. tatabat recommends that players maintain a stable internet connection, particularly during live casino sessions.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tatabat. Engaging in any of the prohibited conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on tatabat, whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during the account lifecycle.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated tools to place bets, harvest data, or manipulate platform functionality.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not available to the general public at the time of bet placement.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other competitive game format offered on tatabat.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or RNG vulnerabilities. Any player who identifies such an issue must report it to tatabat support immediately. Exploiting known or discovered errors is classified as abuse.
• Using tatabat for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. tatabat has robust Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in place and cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.
• Attempting to access any account other than your own, or to interfere with the accounts or activity of other tatabat players.
• Placing bets on behalf of other persons, or allowing others to use your account to place bets.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

tatabat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, where any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion submitted through the responsible gaming tools available in Account Settings.
• A player's request for voluntary account closure submitted via the tatabat support team.

In the event of a voluntary account closure or self-exclusion, any real-money (non-bonus) balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met. Bonus balances and associated pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon closure.

Where an account is closed by tatabat as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending investigation. The outcome of that investigation will determine whether any funds are returned to the player.

09 Liability & Disclaimer

tatabat provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, free from technical faults, or entirely error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur; tatabat will endeavour to minimise disruption and communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tatabat shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from platform unavailability, technical errors, or interruption of services.
• Any financial loss incurred by a player as a direct or indirect result of gambling on tatabat, including losses resulting from decisions made in reliance on promotional material, odds displays, or statistical information provided on the platform.
• Any unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to the player's own payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or a bank institution) rather than to tatabat's own cashier systems.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, even if tatabat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10 Amendments to These Terms

tatabat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notification to players. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where appropriate, post a notice in the tatabat platform interface or communicate the change via the registered email address on the player's account.

It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain aware of the current version. Continued use of tatabat following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes the player's acceptance of those revised Terms. If a player does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting the tatabat support team at support@tatabat (plain text — not a clickable link).

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms, tatabat will first seek to resolve the matter through good-faith communication with the player via the official support channel. tatabat's decision on any dispute is final, subject only to any overriding legal obligation under applicable law. These Terms shall be construed and interpreted in the English language. If these Terms are translated into any other language for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
